Arrival video from daved taken during what became a two-alarm duplex fire yesterday (Thursday) evening at 2685 Jefferson Street in South Eugene, Oregon.

The fire may have started outside in some surrounding trees before spreading to the deck and attic of a duplex at 2685 Jefferson St., Eugene Springfield Battalion Chief Lance Lighty said at the scene.
The fire, reported just before 8 p.m., was contained in about 25 minutes, Lighty said. Thirty firefighters and nine vehicles responded to the blaze, he said. Firefighters stayed at the scene to guard against spot fires in the outside brush, he said.
